Sales Representative
What you'll do
- Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, and inbound leads in your assigned territory.
- Conduct roof inspections, scope damage, and present clear, honest proposals to homeowners.
- Manage the sales cycle end-to-end — first knock to signed contract and install hand-off.
- Hit weekly activity and revenue targets with the support of a sales manager and operations team.
- Represent Affinity Roofing Group with integrity, on the roof and in the driveway.
What we look for
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working outside your comfort zone — daily.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to climb residential rooftops.
- Prior sales, construction, military, or service-industry experience is a plus (not required).
- Strong communicator — you can earn a homeowner's trust in a 30-minute conversation.
